| Hiller and Varlamov, both goalies I'm really looking forward to seeing more of. I was thoroughly impressed by both of them. |

Varlamov for the Caps anyone? |
They have to get rid of Threeorfour first. I hear the Canucks need "experience" to back up Price
And Osgood's regular season kinda looked like Fluery's playoff performance TBH. Both had great and mediocre games with the team filling the gap. In the end Fleury came out on top after a phenomenal game (thank god). |

You must be referring to the Canadiens needing "experience" behind price. I don’t think they would go out and get another goalie that would only take up cap space, when they have an experienced goaltender currently with the Hamilton Bulldogs. _________________

I wish Conklin would come back to Pittsburgh. . . I just don't see that happening. _________________

I'll shamefully admit I at one time liked Theo once. Back when he first started with Montreal...he WAS playing great back then. Seems like ever since he moved he hasn't been anywhere near the same. What was it in round 1? 4 goals on 10 shots?
Conklin should go to Colorado, Theo should go to the KHL and Varlamov should be the #1 goalie for Washington. Oh, and Price needs someone with time in the NHL and playoff experience to back him up I believe. |

I'm going to finish off by saying this. Osgood is good enough to be in the NHL. Although while I say this, I do not believe he is among the top goalies in the NHL. He was, without a doubt, the worst starter in the entire NHL this season, Conklin his BACKUP put up superior numbers. Osgood however showed his worth in the playoffs, and that is what he is, a playoff goalie, nothing more nothing less.
Does he deserve to be in HHOF? No
This is all coming from a Red Wings fan. But I may also hate him for taking Hasek's spot last year. _________________ http://www.youtube.com/user/JustVeejProductions

Oo, thats allot of effort just prove a point. Whic to me is not proved. How can you say he suck because he lost a game 7 in the final. You know, no pressure on him at all. _________________

lolmayo, it took about 2 mins to make, 0.5 to upload, and 3 seconds to post. I didnt to it to prove a point. I dyd it fo teh lulz.
But seriously, We all know hes better than we are, but is he amazing? No. Is he decent? I guess so. When people say they suck, they mean they suck for an NHL goalie. Or they are "sucking". _________________

I don't think anyone is saying that Osgood sucks because of his game 7 performance alone. Even though that second goal that would've not gone in had he been in proper position and not scratching his a$$ is what cost them the game for sure, I don't think that's what anyone refers to.
Like Monty said, saying someone sucks doesn't mean you think you're better than them. You ever said a movie sucks? I'm pretty sure you've never made more than a million dollars doing anyting...ever. Same concept. Amongst the other movies (goalies) it sucked. |
