| They will give Clemensen his time, just not till after the trade deadline and people can't steal him. |

People probably didn't give Clemmensen his due when Brodeur got injured, more then likely because of his time spent in Toronto, which really sucks because it was in Toronto and they would lose with the best goalie in the world. Unfortunately this is what happens. People judge the goalie on wins and losses when how the team in front of them plays makes a lot of difference in that category.
It's actually a good and a bad thing for him to get send down. Good because he's still going to get lots of playing time in the AHL where he wouldn't get many games playing backup for Brodeur. Bad because the AHL isn't the NHL. Oh well, that's just how it plays out in situations like that. He's just got to have the mental toughness to play well in the AHL so he gets a shot again in the NHL at some other time. _________________

I thought this was pretty cool. It's about the first time that Brodeur met cross-ice with the man he's now looking to beat record-wise. Patrick Roy. Of course it's referencing when he played for the Habs, but it's a neat article.
