RBK XPulse 7.0 vs Bauer Vapor Pro XXX

I'm currently in the market for buying a set of Goalie Pads, I'm 23 years old and I've played defense and winger almost my entire hockey career so far. I filled in at goalie for the past two weeks during a weekly drop in game, using just some of the house pads they had to offer, now I'm hooked and wanna change back to goalie. I'm not looking to spend a ton on pads, I have a family I gotta support and buying high end pads are just way out of the question.

I was looking on HockeyGiant.com and they have a RBK Xpulse 7.0 set (glove, blocker, pads) for Right around $350 total on clearance. The retail value they listed the product was around $900. They also have a Bauer Vapor Pro XXX set on there for right around $500.

I'm wondering what some of the experts here think the better set to purchase would be, Like I said, I'd love to spend the money to get better ones, just can't really afford to do so.
