Ok, first review on this thread. Cool!
I bought a pair of Bauer Supreme 1000's used, only to find the size had been listed incorrectly. I need size 5, but they were size 4. Traded them in at Play It Again and got used Supreme 3000's. Apparently they are the 2004 model or thereabouts, but I have to say I'm very impressed! I tried on everything they had between size 5 and 7, and the Bauers felt the best. It seemed to me that other brands were noticably narrower and less comfortable, even in larger sizes.
I recommend these skates not only as great goal skates, but ergonomically superior. Not only do they feel really comfortable, but I move well in them, I'm quicker on my up and downs than I think I should be at my level, and I just can't think of anything I don't like. Oh, except the lacing job. Suffice it to say they just need replacing.
I have an older pair (late '90s model) of Nike player skates as well, and have always felt they were superior. Never had any issues with these skates; very manueverable and comfortable (though not as comfortable as my goal skates-one more reason to play goal ).
SO, imho, Bauer is the best route for skates. Frankly, it's my favorite brand in most hockey equipment. _________________

I have a set of Bauer Supreme 1000 roller hockey goalie skates. They're the best skates I own. I have V8.0 skates and the bauers are better. Most comfortable and stable skates I've ever had the pleasure of putting them on.

I have Nike Bauer XIV skates and XG Lite roller hockey skates. The XG Lite skates are much more comfortable than the XIV's, but that's probably because I bought them new. The XIV's are uncomfortable, I am planning on switching to Graf, I have heard good reviews about their skates. _________________ Helmet: Itech 1200 Profile

got the one95 skates, very impressed. i switched from the old koho skates. these skates are lighter, sleeker, the cowling isnt as bulky and allows excellent lateral movement. It also has a more comfortable fit, and better foot ventilation. The blade is also alot longer in the front than my old skates so it is easier to push off with the toe which also helps lateral movement. I would definitely give these skates a 10/10. the only thing is i get blisters if i wear underarmor socks so i has to switch to regular cotton socks, but the anti bacterial materials of the skates make up for the use of regular socks.

played my first game with the one75 stick and i am very impressed. i love the curve (p31) and it really helped me lift my passes/shots (which has been a problem in the past) love the weight, and being my first composite i was able to poke check really well (shaft is alot smoother than wood)
i give it a 10 out of 10...
ill let you guys know when it breaks and then ill give another review _________________ How hard would you play today if you couldn't play tomorrow?

When i was looking for new skates i picked up a pair of nike bauer supreme one 75's. These are the skates i currently own and are awsome. I only needed one time out on the ice to break them in and i didnt get them baked! Despite them being made in asia there overall very good skates.
It was time for a new stick cause my other one broke and i only had one left. So i found something i realy liked. A nike bauer supreme 4500 with p31 curve. The stick has an aspen wood core but the paddle is reinforced with fiberglass on the outside. Call me old fashioned but i hate composite sticks. Its light, durable and the paddle is big. It was love at first sight. The first time i used it in a game i made 28 saves on 31 shots. My team won 5-3. _________________ SAVE OF THE YEAR!!!!

Has anyone evr used the pads? I'd like to know how you like them? And I really don't care if you don't like the graphics, if thats all you have to say, then don't say anything. _________________

I have a pair of Bauer 7000s that I got on sale last year. Best purchase for the price ever! ($179 US on clearance) Have always worn the low end 1000's and CCM 452s. All I can say is they're so comfy. If I can find a pair to convert for roller I'll be set.
