Hey all...going to be getting my new Vaughn 7400 custom colored Pittsburgh Penguins gear within the next 3-5 days. I play for a mens team who have the same colors so I Ordered them about 8 weeks ago and they should be at my door by mid of neet week....Lookin so forward to using them, as Ive been using the RBK 7K gear for the past 2 years and It's time for a change Ive heard so much about the Vaughn stuff I had to try it out. I'll be posting new pics when It arives so If you all have any questions you can fire away..Have a good one. OUT!!

Awesome news! New gear is always fun.

I hope you tried the Vaughn's on in your size before you ordered them. They run very small compared to RBK, and they're a completely different pad. I tried on a 36" RBK, then tried on a 36" Vaughn, the Vaughn felt like 33" pads compared to the RBK's.

Hey..itech... Well I did try them at my local sport store but never did try them on the ice. I use a 32"+1 RBK and I ordered 34"+1 so we'll see. I was told that they would shrink a little, either way I needed new gear and well I got a great price for the set. If I have to wear knee lifts or something so be it. Thx...

That's cool mang, as long as you tried them on at the store. Smile Cause then you'll know if they fit right. Smile
