I'm 13 and I need a new helmet. Ive heard that OLIE is great. I am considering a plain white OLIE with a CERT-Cat-Eye. If I like it I will get it painted to a vesa toskala mask with orange instead of blue.

I wouldn't do Cert. Cat-eye. Either go straight bars or non-cert cat eye. Visibility is typically pretty poor on cert. cat eye masks.

This is also true. I wouldn't bother and just get a standard certified cage.

I got kicked out of a game because I have an Olie 9900 with Cats Eye. The ref said it was illegal so I switched to an Itech.

I was wondering the same thing. I'm looking at new masks/cages and stumbled upon olie. They make decently priced stuff but not sure on the quality.

Which model olie do you have? I'm trying to get an idea. I have a 23" measurement on my head but wide cheek bones. My profile 2500 works well and has plenty of room. I tried an envy 7 fit 3 and it was way too tight for me.

I ask because I'm looking at the Sr. Small MA2000 or Sr Small MA7000. The MA7000 is suppose to be a wider fit but the small is 24-26" circumference. The small in the MA2000 is 22-24".

You're playing with the MA9900? People have been classifying that mask as a "Widowmaker," as in poor protection and can break easily. If it's working for you then it must be a decent mask. Don't worry about it though. I ordered a Vaughn VM7500 since they make a wider mask for those of us with wide heads. I also, went straight bar since the cert. cat eye from Vaughn is also garbage. Thanks anyways for answering my questions. Wink
