From what Ive heard if you can swing the cash Brown is the way to go.
Eagle Ive never used.
Simmons, I have the 994 and love the thing but the bicep protection is lacking... the padding/material folds over on itself so when you bring your arm up to stop those shoulder/top shelf shots you can get stingers... beyond that I have no complaints.
Ive heard good things about the 7500 from Vaughn.

Deffinetly Brown. If i was interested in buying a new CA, that would be the first brand i would look at.
