So I've been goaltending in player skates since making the commitment to play between the pipes. Its been almost two years now. (On and off because of training and deployments.) I want to get into a pair of goalie skates but dont know what to expect. I know there are obvious physical differences in the design of the skate. But what can I expect to be different in the way they feel? Will I have to adjust my game at all?

Depending on how you play, you will first discover you are far less fatigued, goalie skates are more stable with more blade on the ice, and far less rocker, requireing far less energy to stand still. You will find that you have more expolsive movements, and much needed protection.
