Hi Guys,
I'm not sure if this has been covered in another section of the forum and I'm sorry if it has. I have recently been given an opportunity to play again after a long time off the ice. I am excited, but want to make sure i can wake up the next day to go to work,lol. I have picked up a set of slightly used UL5s and have my pants, C/A, skates etc. The only thing i need now is a new mask, and I was looking at the NME7,NME5, and Vaughn 7700. The NME5 and 7700 are more in my price range, but i really like the NME7 as well. I can get the white NME7 from a local shop for $300, and I can get the NME5 with a paint job that pretty much matches all my gear for $300 as well. Any thoughts. Is there a huge difference in the 2. I will be mostly playing pickup with decent players, but nothing i am owrried about, but occasionally have an opportunity to play with better players and don't want to set myself up for disaster by taking one off the melon with the better players.
