I have a question,
what warm ups should you do before getting dressed?

Stretching, stretching, stretching.
And I throw a raquetball against the wall and catch it, just to keep your reflexes in check. _________________ That's what she said!

| Our team brings warm ups and we go out for a 10 minutes jog. Then I stretch. Drink a few bottles of water a couple hours before game time. |

Stretch and if your a butterfly goalie ( ONLY AFTER STRETCHING ) do some butterfly slides.

as far as just stretching goes.
first warm the mussels with some light aerobic exercise...a bike or elliptical are best as it wont over work the knees.
then and only then start stretching.
i start with my neck, then stretch my shoulders, return to my neck the hit shoulders again. then i move to my wrists. then i do several stretches that hit my spin mid and lower back. then i do my legs and knees, ending with splits.
do long deep stretchs combined with some light...LIGHT BALSITIC stretching. lots of folks will say not to balisitc stretch, but after your warmed up with deep stretching if balistic stretch (ie bounce in your stretches) in game like movements your educating your mussels and putting the finishing touches on prepping them.
side note is if your not deep stretching every day do not do it before a game, it will slow you down as your twitch mussels are not used to it.
if in a time crunch stretch slowly key areas only...groin, back etc.. |

Ah, see I thought it was a recipe.
Warm the mussels. Start mixing the sauce ingredients. _________________ Efe

Ewww, personally - I hate mussels. I hate anything that comes from the sea, ocean, whatever... including lobster, fish, dolphin, etc.... _________________

You hate dolphins? With a danger of sounding like FS, nobody hates dolphins! _________________ Efe
