lol, you have to pay extra for that course, antiw00t, or just watch any interview he gives

good article on espn about ovechkin, crosby and malkin... the canadian guy being the business man that shows no emotion and telling ovie "get your celebrations off my lawn ya hoodlum!", and the Russians having fun and celebrating...

i did go through many of these drills and they seem to be great ideas. plenty of great stuff that you can just do at home in your spare time without heavy equipment.

exactly! i enjoy seeing things like this cause it's also something different than just lifting weights on the machines, or free weights.
