If you hold your arms up, you can see it on each side of your shoulder and neck.

try warming up with a 10 minute run. it gets your heart moving so your blood gets flowing, and it helps with cardio

40-60 minutes of cardio 5 times a week is extremely good for your heart and stamina. Your heart rate will slow down while you're resting and won't have to work as hard because it can pump blood very smoothly and efficiently as opposed to the unhealthy heart that has to work really hard to pump a little blood. The lower your resting heart rate is the better shape you are in cardio wise. It's kind of hockey relevant, but it's really good for living longer.

I seriously have to find something better to do than exercise bikes and running. Laughing I get soo bored doing them. I'm just gonna start playing basketball and stuff when I get home- you can have fun, AND get in shape Wink

I could be a salesman...

I don't even use the recumbent bike's anymore, they aren't efficient at all if you're a fan of free time. You don't get much out of them, except warm up.
