More than that if you want to feel as good in the 3rd as you did in the 1st Wink I run 2 1/2 probably 3 times a week

im good in the first, then in the second, i start to sweat a little. the 3rd is the worst, but the 4th is better, cuz i know its almost over Smile

Laughing i got to play a whole game this summer... for lewiston. Laughing we played the lewiston JV team and they didnt have a goalie, so i offered to play for them. i let in 3 goals that i shouldnt have, but other than those 3 mistakes, i did good. Smile EL won though, so its not ALL bad Wink

one of them got by me, hit the post, and they scored on the rebound Laughing

another was a wraparound, i stoped it, it went in front, and it was a shot on the ICE, and it hit off the tip of my pad and went in Mad

i dont remember the other one

Yeah, cheap goals will kill your sv%...It could end up being like a .815 when it should be a .915 if you had been careful

Same here. Once, I think it was a few years back, I got caught daydreaming. The guy shot it from center ice and it went bouncing past me as I realized last minute and tried to stop it Embarassed

But the good thing is I haven't lost my focus since then Very Happy

guinness makes me feel better but it tends to slow you down and have to use the bathroom often.
