Okay...I went overboard during my workout yesterday and did a ton of leg power excersize such as sqauts, lunges, running, high knees, etc...And now my hamstrings and ass are pretty much in knots and I have to keep stretching like every half hour so I can move them without it hurting. So is there any way to be able to make that feel better like before tomorrow night...I have a game, it's only Summer League but it would be easier if I wasn't in pain the entire time. So...yeah

Maybe you should get faster fingers.

Other than stretching, medication, and trigger point injections (if you're feeling crazy, they sound kinda scary). And of course, REST.

heat packs should be able to help a little... will loosen up the muscles a bit. constant motion is good to. massage will help. and maybe take some advil before your game... might keep any nagging pain away for a little.

Wow...Massabesic should seriously do that instead of doing nothing as a team over the summer and then losing almost every game over the regular season Rolling Eyes But...I'm optimistic about this season...We play Noble twice, Marshwood twice, Sanford twice, and Westbrook twice. So, we could have 6 or 7 wins by the end of the season
