I like the G1 because I can put on the pads and practice crease movement and butterfly slides or take off the pads and just get a really good aerobic workout. It's also great for rehabbing the bad knees and everything helps at 44 years old. |
Where did you order it from and how much does it cost? I'm considering getting one _________________

I used a peice of laminated plywood (you can use any kind of laminated wood like what is used for counter tops) somewhere between 7-10 feet long and like 3 feet wide, at each end are 2x4 peices of wood to use as bumpers then i attached thick foam to the sides facing in and covered that with fabric so the foam wouldnt wear. Use something like armorall or bowling alley wax to make it slippery. Make some booties using nylon fabric (cut up an old jersey) _________________
