It's called the Four Puck Drill
Requirements:
4 Pucks
Ice
All lower body equipment
Glove and blocker
A brain

So basically you make a large to small square (depending on your skill ( large being easier and small being harder)) with 4 pucks and you start between any two different pucks and either T-push, shuffle, butterfly slide, lateral adjustment, etc. Then go completely around all the pucks doing the transition of your choice. Once there, go the other way. REMEMBER, IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO BE SQUARED TO THE CENTER OF THE MIDDLE OF THE PUCKS. Without doing that, the drill is 50% useless Smile

Notes:
-Keep Glove and Blocker out
-When doing the transition, extend your arms out to eliminate angle of the shooter (the imaginary shooter Razz)
-Never leave your stance
