That's pretty much it... outdoor skating rinks can do wonders. Or just plain working out, get your body going again. |

Find an empty tennis court, throw on some skates and your equipment. Go out there and just practice your usual stuff...
Obviously you can't do some of the slides but at least practice dropping into the butterfly and crease positioning. |

There's nothing much you can do besides get more ice time, and practice. _________________
