I've finally today hit the 200lb mark.
This is a major milestone I've been waiting for since I was a teen.
I'm 6'4" 200.4lbs now. It's been creeping up as I've been working out a lot more in the gym, and been following a diet, and pill structure. I plan on going till I'm about 210lb, then that's it. The rest is lean living.
You have to remember this is a big deal for a tall skinny guy like myself, I was 6'4" 165lbs all through high school, a stick! |

Awesome man! Gratz.
It's a little weird for me to read that though...I'm 6'1" and 200lbs already...not muscle
Good luck getting to 210 though. |

Congrats Itech!
It's funny how most guys are always looking to gain and most girls are looking to lose. |

| It's the same for everyone...women want to lose fat and gain lean muscle...all men want to lose fat and gain muscle...both lean and bulk. |

Generalization Itech. My ex-wife had about 0 fat. Just because you and her are skinny doesn't mean you represent the majority |

Oh I know that, majority of american's are fat. It's a fact.
-- Between 1962 and the year 2000, the number of obese Americans grew from 13% to an alarming 31% of the population.
-- 63% of Americans are overweight with a Body Mass Index (BMI) in excess of 25.0.
-- 31% are obese with a BMI in excess of 30.0.
-- Childhood obesity in the United States has more than tripled in the past two decades.
-- According to the U.S. Surgeon General report obesity is responsible for 300,000 deaths every year. |

Majority of men period. I know a lot of Canadian men that are trying to lose weight. It's a generalization. It's like saying "People are stupid." It's a correct statement, people as a whole are. The individual is smart but when you group them together what happens?
It's the same with body compositions. |

No it's not there's actual statistical data proving it. Canada's obesity is on the rise especially in Children and Young Adults. But is no where near the level the American population is at.
Stats:
http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/Obesity/ - America 35.3%
http://www.statcan.gc.ca/pub/82-620-m/2005001/article/adults-adultes/8060-eng.htm - Canada 23.1% |

Itech...for the love of God...this time you're just arguing with me for the sake of arguing. I'm not saying that America isn't the most obese country in the world, or that Canada is. I'm saying I've watched programs on how men in Russia (and women) are trying to lose fat even though they're bean poles. It's psychological.
NOW, back to the topic. Gratz on 200.4, keep us up to date with progress! |

good job itech.
Britain and China are starting to gain on the US for %over weight... but the US is way ahead of them on obesity still.
If i go oversees, i just say i'm Canadian, and if they try to test me, I know hockey as well as anyone... now if only curling was on TV in the US.... _________________ Because it hurts so good.
