Every sight with drills that i go to is for forwards or defense i cant seem to find any for goalies so i was wondering if any1 could give me some good drills. I could really use some for five hole or glove and blocker but any drills are fine. they can be on or off ice cause i get a lot of extra time in practise and i keep using the same drills and i want to chang eit up a bit

I second the USA Hockey goalie page. There's a ton of great info there besides the drills as well.

Pick out a few them and bring the ideas to your coach. Not only will it give you some better practice, it will show the coach that you have some initiative.

Here are a couple of agility ladder drills that may add a little variety to your training. Please let me know if you have any questions.
