Hi Gang,
I am new to this forum and as I looked through some of the past posts I see many questions about flexibility training. If you are interested, check out this video I created a while ago going over some stretches, but more importantly reviewing the use of the foam roll for self-myfascial release.

wow they seem to be really useful exercises, not only for flexibility but also for strength.
I'm not a pro goalie so I haven't seen many of them.
I will try them, especially that my season starts in about 20 days  _________________
