I have posted a free 28-day fitness challenge over at one of my other websites. Although it is not hockey specific, it will improve your strength, stamina and core stability in about 20-minutes five days per week. If you are not currently working out because you do not have time to get to the gym, give this free program a try. You can do all of the training at home.
