I have a bench press and dumbbells so I don't need to use my schools gym. I've been thinking about going back to Saco Sport and Fitness, though, they have a lot of stuff. |
Lifting is important, but you want to lift to tone the core, you don't want to lift in order to have a bodybuilder type body because then your muscles actually get in your way, you will be slower and essentially in less shape then if you keep yourself in a healthy toned form. _________________
