Hi,
I am new to this forum i have read alot of interesting topic. I have a little question for you guys.
I would like to improve my hands reaction on ice and i wanted a few off-ice drills that would help me improve quickly my hands reaction time.

| Get a reaction ball, and just drop it and scramble for it as fast as you can. |

also something that helps with reaction is keeping your gloves out in front a bit so they are in your sight, making it easier to see the puck hit them. _________________ |

You could always just throw a single ball first, (against a wall) throw with one hand, catch with the other and vice versa...the Tretiak shuffle is pretty advanced if you are relatively new to being a tender. _________________
