without the crazed goalies, you would' nt be able to tell the scores from basketball, from hockey.

'Cept when renegade is in, then I would prefer a random block of wood in the crease, or just nothing...

We could just stuff his pads at the goal line, maybe the shooters will hit 'em.

getting back on topic here... Rolling Eyes Laughing

I got a goalie chick on my team, she sucks and is the most annoying person ever. Her dad and her think she's gonna make the olympics and be the first girl in the NHL, when she is the back-up, and has a mid-70 save % in the 5 games she's played Laughing

I played against a female goalie constantly in roller hockey. Nice girl, but she was terrible and gave up whenever her team was down Confused

Give up because my team's down and I'm a chick? Not on your life. Where does that idea come from, anyway? Confused

Seriously, I know what you mean. I've known plenty of other hockey gals (not just goalies) to throw in the towel too early. Guys, too. Personally, failure just motivates me. If I want to get better at something, I pretty much obsess until I get it.

Female goalies rule. Very Happy
