Saw this video on YouTube, seems pretty cool Not sure how it would help your recoveries though Especially if you're just bouncing, not really driving your legs to get you up.

My mom might have one. If I can find it I'll try this out. _________________ That's what she said!

unless you have those balls in your pads I don't see how that can help you recover. Maybe because im new at being a goalie but when you go down you will not bounce back up like that. What I do is just put my leg pads on and go down infront of a mirror. That way you know what it's like to go down with the pads on and you can see your self. I also like to put my gloves on so I can make sure im keeping them up and in a good spot when recovering. But like I said Im new and Im learning as I go so anyone on here would know better than me. _________________

the pros can bounce up and down, and the good goalies can. it takes leg strength. this isnt like the real thing though _________________

| What is a good way for me to improve the flexibility in my knees so that I can properly do a butterfly? Or would it be easier for me to just come out a bit farther to cut down the angle more? I've had a few recently just sneak by my toes and if I was a few inches wider in either direction I would stop them. |

It's meant to get you in butterfly faster. It just brings you back up making the training less strenuous. |
