if he will get 70+ shots a game, then how can you like the nucks anymore? he wont get that much shots in every game. If he does then the nucks will be happy in 13 place.

But if they had me in there and I took 70 shots I'd stop 'em all and we'd win! Very Happy

Ya know what montreal you are the Mongolians trying to break down my Great Wall. But its not working. After I get out of high school I'll get a scholarship from Boston College. Then I'll prove to be outstanding my freshman year, and then I'll enter the draft a year early from college. And then I'll get drafted 1st overall by the B's! Very Happy

I'm sure if he does get drafted by the B's he will play. After all, they do have a nasty habit of bringing in young goalies who aren't ready yet and breaking them down within a season or so.

Well, I don't know if I would be drafted by the B's, seeing how I'll be the 1st overall. The Bruins will most likely have the 30th pick. Maybe I'll get taken by the Habs or Panthers. Very Happy

And for the Bruins breaking down young goalies, thats only slightly true. Andrew Raycroft got hurt which may explain him not being the promising goalie he was. And Hannu Toivonen was never good. We'll see how they do with newly acquired Rask.

Maybe they've learned the lesson many other teams had to learn. You simply can't bring a goalie in too young. Give them the time to develop in the AHL before bringing him up. Rask will do alright if they keep that in mind.

The Habs brought Halak up way before he was ready. Besides, when Raycroft was starting he was ready he won rookie of the year. Saying the Bruins brought him up too early is like saying the Penguins brought up Crosby too early. Raycroft got injured and hasn't been the same. And Toivonen just needs more work he's still good.
