he's also getting a bit of a break again, right now it looks like it'll be about a week long break. like i said before, there's no telling what ozzy is going to do. torwards the end of the season he was alternating stinker, lights out, stinker, lights out. _________________ Because it hurts so good.

Well even if he starts the same way in the next series... so whoever they play can take the series in 7 games if he alternates by game |

2-0 lead, and the sharks are not playing well, been stuck in their own zone for the entire 2nd period. it's looking a lot like detroit will be playing anaheim in the next round, and vancouver will play either a banged up chicago or a banged up calgary.
we do still have 29 minutes before anaheim, maybe, goes up 3 games to 1 though _________________ Because it hurts so good.

| Is it just me, or do the Sharks always seem to choke in the playoffs? You'd think after dominating the league this year that first round would be fairly easy to take... |

no, it's just you. They've only finished 5th, 5th, 2nd, and 1st in the west over the last 4 years... and promptly gotten knocked out in the 2nd round, 2nd round, 2nd round, and looking increasingly like the 1st round over that same timeframe =P _________________ Because it hurts so good.

Mind you, it's relevant because we were discussing potential matchups vs. the Canucks. |

3-0 going in to the 3rd. Looks almost effortless at this point. |

That's quite possibly the ugliest logo I've ever seen...
Anyways, it's 3-1 now and like the announcers on VS. said, the Hawks really need to get the man in front of the net.
And, as I was typing that last bit Luongo just made a God-like save and robbed Ladd...sigh. |

It's Johnny Canuck from way way way back.

He tends to do that, he is the best goalie in the world. |

How on Earth did the Canucks blow a 3-0 lead in the 3rd? |

Well they didn't really blow it cause they didn't lose. They thought they had the game in hand, without thinking about the quickness and bite of the hawks. They learned a valuable lesson though. I think they started to run out of gas in the 3rd, remember they had a 9 day lay off. I was ready to watch them lose the first game because of that layoff, but nope. They won. |
