Briere is a very good hockey player, however, I don't think he would be a good fit for Montreal. They've already got too many smaller guys. What they need is a couple more big bodies, one for defense and a power forward. Get rid of a couple other small guys and I'd say go for it, but, as it stands, I don't think so.

The top 6 players that i suspect montreal will go after are the following : Forsberg, Gomez, Brier, Drury, Karia, and Smyth.

This is the order i would perfer montreal to go after.

1# Gomez

2# Drury

3# Brier

4# Karia

5# Smyth

6# Forsberg

I will be happy for montreal if they get even 1 player from this list.

i suspect that abisher will get traded and that will leave the 3rd spot open to price. id be happey to see him starting the 3rd spot this year. But it all depends on if hes ready. I think he is ready.
