| Not to mention most all their players on the team are from around the area which leads me to believe they don't recruit. And what even makes me more sure that they don't recruit is that none of their players are from decent teams that anyone would have heard of, and the players previous teams don't even have websites. And that team is Club, which confirms that he wasn't rectuited because that level of college doesn't recruit |

dude calm down. i didnt say they recruited him. they invited him to try outs and he made the team and check this out "The Aztecs went 23-1 during regular season play, finished #2 in the ACHA Pacific Division, won the PCHA title for the second consecutive year, and now finished #2 in the Nation"
they play some pretty good teams and i beleive they are going division 2 or 3 next season _________________ How hard would you play today if you couldn't play tomorrow?

Nope Scouts don't even come to the AA midget girls games in town here, only when they're at tournaments in Toronto so they can catch a bunch of games. So... I wouldn't say I'm doing that bad _________________

Long awaited update! (Not reall,y but I'd better write something)
My team's stats since the beginning of the season:
GP: 12
W: 10
L: 0
T: 2
GA: 13
SO: 3
Not too shabby... but it's getting really boring since there's only 3 teams, and our team is the strongest by far. For the two tied games, one was a 0-0 tie, the other was a 1-1 tie, and we should've won 1-0 Girl had skated in from the left circle with the puck (from about the faceoff dot), took 2 steps and snipped it 5-hole on me, because it was a 2 on 1 and I tried to cheat and thought she would pass for sure, but I got screwed over. And we had about 3-4 girls that were hungover for those games, which didn't help...
We were supposed to have played 15 games by this point... but
1. Half of the other team didn't show up, so we ended up practicing instead, and I don't count that as a win or even a game played. (Although in standings it does count)
2. Weather cancelled one of the games
3. Power outage this past thursday Right as we were all half dressed too!
But it's okay, because I get more ice time helping out with 2 other teams. Next year I might just play women's league, more teams (surprisingly) but not as competitive (downside).
Or maybe I'll play both _________________

so we had a practice last night, we only 2 during the whole season, that's how much our league sucks But since we're undefeated, we convinced our coach to let us have a shooting practice, which was awesome because I faced more shots last night than I probably have all season.
Did some nice easy skating at the beginning, then went to some drills. One was where they came in 5 on 1, the forward with the puck circled behind the net and had to pss it to the D who were creeping in from the blue line. I completely robbed one of the girls, puck was passed out, shot taken. It hits my left pad in the butterfly, another girl is right in front of me, whacks at it again, goes off my pad again, then she goes to shoot it once more and I kinda dove/fell forward but snagged it in my glove, it was sweet.
And then we did 10 minutes of non-stop breakaways at the end. Fun, but so damn tiring. Oh, and I totally robbed my best friend on the team. She came in, and I was going to just wait until the last second and lie down across the top of my crease and trip her, but as I was going down (Think 2 pad stack style) she totally pulled the puck back and tried to deke me glove side, but I stretched out my glove and snagged it. The best part was that she had assumed she had scored, so she was skating back to all the girls going "Oh yeahhh I killed Kris!" and they were like "No you didn't, she robbed you "
And I was lying on the ice, and dropped the puck out of my glove when she turned around _________________

We won tonight, 3-1.
They scored on their first shot of the game, an easy shot from in between the ringette line and the blue line, my angle was off and it went just past my blocker and a couple inches over my pad.
Luckily, I picked up my game after that and made about 16-20 saves to keep my team in there.
A few nice saves:
1. Breakaway, I probably could've gone out and played the puck because it slid out a few inches ahead of their player, and my D was right on her, but I stayed back and she deked to my blocker side, so I stuck out my leg and got it with my toe.
2. Their girl was behind my net, skated to my glove side and made a quick pass through the crease to a girl wide open in front. I didn't even get the chance to slide over, I just threw out my right leg and got it right in the shin area of the pad. It was nice because it was one of those fast reaction saves.
3. Crease scramble - I was down in the butterfly near the right post, and the puck bounced over to the left side, so I had to do a MEAN butterfly slide over and robbed the girl with my glove.
4. Girl circled in and cut hard to the net from the bottom of the circle, was skating across the crease and took the shot that went low blocker side (I was sliding the opposite way with the player) and I stuck out my leg to make the save.
I'm glad I picked my game up after the goal, it was still 1-0 heading into the third and I would've been so pissed if we had lost because of that _________________
