Could've sworn I was watching Price in net during that first period. 4 goals on 9 shots, right after playing an amazing game two nights ago. God. Damn. Rinne.

We here in Poland don't have tv.so I've only heard that Predators are a very strong team with charismatic coach:

Laughing Okay, I'm a fan of the Preds... but "very strong team"? Noooo... not yet at least. They won last night against Ottawa 6-5 in OT to snap a 6 game losing streak, and they allowed 5 3rd period goals.

Definitely not a very strong team. The goaltending is too inconsistent, and aside from last night's game, their scoring has been held waaay back. Hopefully that means lots of room for improvement...

What the hell...is this? I don't see any correlation to goaltending OR Nashville. This whole mask painting thing is getting outta hand.

How does it not relate. It is the mask of the goaltender for the Nashville Predators.

So that means it automatically relates to Nashville? The Country Music capital? I don't get it. Or does it automatically relate to predators?

Just because the goalie for the team wears it doesn't mean it has anything to do with the team. It's just something he thought was 'cool' so he had it painted up.

It's got their 3rd jersey logo design on it. (Look closely at the sides, it's just the bone part along the side)

and the top front looks like their main logo, but it's hard to tell.

Should you really have to look that hard to understand what the hell the helmet is about? It looks like an airbrush fairy took a huge **** on the helmet.

I like it. It's edgy.

I've always understood "edgy" to be a synonym for "ugly". Just sayin.

Different generations?

Edgy to me is like, sharp... catches your eye, I don't really know how to describe it.

Not really, I understand what the meaning of edgy is, but I still think it's ugly as hell with little if any meaning to the team. Long ways off from the masks of Plante.

There's more masks out there that have less meaning to the team than Pekka's.
