Buffalo's third jersey is their old jersey they wore in the 80's and early 90's.
As for the Hurricane's third jersey. I have never seen that hurricane flag used on a newscast. When I lived with my parents my mom watched Weather Channel constantly and they never showed it once.

| In most cases i tend to like the throwback third jerseys most though Boston's third one is also great. |

Man, this season is incredibly depressing. 0-11 now, and staal, whitney, ruutu, and now ward all out. (ruutu is day to day i know)
WHAT IS GOING ON?!
