I'm guessing that means the person who purchases equipment for a company but i'm probably wrong. _________________ http://www.youtube.com/user/JustVeejProductions

Actually, you're 100% correct. My job will be to make sure my stores have the most up to date equipment that players are looking for. Ironically my boss is a Lacrosse player and has never played hockey so he'd like me to come in with my business degree. To further expound on exactly what's happening:
Next year I'll be starting a job with some Canadian hockey store (apparently they're all across Canada since he told me they have offices in places like Toronto and the job I'm taking is in Calgary). I'm starting at a very nice salary. I'll get benefits and apparently pension. I get to go with my co-workers (all two of them that actually go) to watch every Flames home game in the companies box seats. And I get to work...all day...every day...with goalie equipment. I guess my Business Degree is useful after all. |

I've always wanted to be a Corporate or Commercial Airline Pilot...but then I got this offer...and I gotta admit...THIS actually sounds like a more enjoyable career. I mean...all day around hockey equipment? How flipping awesome is that?! So cool. I can't wait...hopefully I get the job for sure for sure. |

Oh that one was soooo tempting to mess with, but I will refrain myself...
And gratz on the job Arth. If you ever need someone in a Toronto location to do that type of work, I'm your man...
(Although, I'm not sure if an Architectual Tech. diploma quite compares with a Business Degree for such purposes)
and RJ - an STi? really? When there are things like the Evo X out, or the Z370? The GT-R? G37? Don't get me wrong, the STi is still pretty nice, but I think i'd look towards any of the above before I looked at an STi. _________________ random spelling mistakes added on purpose to annoy those that are annoyed by it. |

Thanks Otter...maybe a degree conversion? Can y'all do those in Canada?
Anyways, an STi? Really? I'm so going with Otter on this...if anything, I think I'll be going for the GT-R. So sexy. |

| Thanks, I'm really looking forward to it. Only thing is I have to wait another year to finish my degree...I'm thinking about picking up extra classes to get it finished faster but I think then I'd compromise my grades and even though I already have a guaranteed job...I still kinda wanna graduate with honors. |
