Perhaps least dedicated would be the better term...
But I have to go with Atlanta for this one, somehow they managed to get the all star game, and even then nobody seemed to give a damn. Wasn't that loud IMO Did they even sell it out?
Hell, Detroit can sell out a rink and you have to risk getting shot and carjacked to get to the game. _________________ "Goaltending is a suffering position. non hockey realated, Tampa Bay Rays, in baseball. i just have to say this.
its sad. the stadium holds like, 40000 people, and there lucky to get 10000 to come to a game. now i know that fans dont want to come, because they were the worst team in all, but they have the best record in baseball right now. WTF is up with these fans? _________________

The Rays just started 11 years ago, it has to catch on. For baseball I would say the Marlins have the worst fans.
And for hockey...the Islanders. They average below 14,000 fans per game. |

the marlins have won a world series.
the rays have never made the playoffs
and, you have to throw pittsburg and kansas city in the mix as well _________________

| How the team does has nothing to do with their fans. And if the Marlins fans are better than the rays, why are the Marlins last in the MLB for average season attendance? |

Don't throw the Royal's fans under the bus. The fans are great, but like all sports, if you want the fans to show up, you have to put a good product on the field.
You wouldn't go to a resturant that sucked until the food improved. _________________

Or you could go the McDonalds route and make your ticket prices dirt cheap and put a crappy team on the field so you get all the poor people to come in and sell out the stadium
You don't really need to have to have a good team to sell. Maybe if they had a good team years ago, like 100 years ago, and then it just gets passed down from generation to generation and the parents will teach their kids and then their kids teach their kids. Like the Cubs, haven't won in about 100 years, but still have good fans.
So, teams with history have good fans because they grow up liking the team and then they stick with it.
That is probably why teams like the Tampa Bay Rays (11 years), the Charlotte Bobcats (4 years), Minneota Wild (10 years), Houston Texans (6 years), don't have a lot of good fans...Plus none of those teams have never really had any good seasons, so that could help, too |

Atleast the Bobcats could have had Charlotte Hornets old fans and the Wild could have had Minnesota North Stars old fans, but the Hornets nor the Northstars had real good seasons in their histories anyway, guess that explains why both teams moved _________________
