get a protein shake mix from your local vitamin shop or pharmacy, it has more than enough protein to help you recover. and if you weight train as well expect your strength to make a small jump upwards. _________________

I'm definately going to try the chocolate milk thing.
One question though - I heard a while back that it was bad to drink milk before a game because it slows you down or something... so wouldn't drinking chocolate milk between tournament games be worse?  _________________

yes, dairy is dense and can upset your stomach if you are working very hard, but if it works for you then i say by all means do it. i'd rather have a gatorade and a protein bar, or a protein shake though. _________________
