'The Rolling Stones', and 'The Eagles' have had about 5 or 6 farewell tours a piece.

Yeah... The Eagles' tour was most obviously a money grab... Those guys couldn't stand each other and had said that they'd do a tour when hell froze over... hence the name for one of their comeback/farewell tours...

that's cause Money Talks... heck they're good enough of a band to get people to buy their records all these years, they might as well put their differences aside and rake in the cash.

I guess it is the same as what Van Halen is doing, Eddie Van Halen and David Lee Roth hate each other, but they are touring again for the money. Those two together is WAY too much ego for one stage.

Yeah... The Gallagher brothers (Oasis) are the worst I'd say... Their known for ending their shows early because they start scrapping on stage... Apparently one time one of them threw a tambourine at his brother...  That must have been hilarious...
