Alright I am starting a quote game, I will give you a quote and you have to name it! (Try not to look it up please to keep it more fun) The person with the most cookies at the end wins! Keep checking the original post (this one) for new quotes! I'll start it off with an easy one.
1st Quote- "The legs feed the wolf" -suz is correct! It was Herb Brooks!
2nd Quote- "Now go do, the voo doo, that you do so well!" (this is not hockey related) - Number 55 is Correct! It was from Blazzing Saddles!
3rd Quote "Unleash the fury!"- whtduzitmtter is correct! It was from Road Trip!
4th Quote- "If we stand together we survive"

I can think of a favorite line or two from Slap Shot but they might not be appropriate for an all ages forum. One of em is when Paul Newman's character is taunting the opposing team's goalie and he says something that gets him to skate out of the crease and chase after him. Then the Chiefs score on the empty net.  |
