Way to highlight/increase the font RIDICULOUSLY large for Mozart and not for Tchaikovsky. Like I said, I listen to everything I think sounds good...there's a lot of classical I really enjoy.

Cool Arth is officially an okay guy. Laughing I have a degree in classical clarinet performance. Can't get enough of the stuff, but I listen to whatever I like. I only like bands/artists that have some compositional sense, though.

Faves, in no particular order:

Linkin Park
Nickelback
Within Temptation
Nightwish
Blue October
Liv Kristine/Leave's Eyes
Bond
Eisebrecher
Dido
Hayley Westenra
Sarah Brightman (all-time favorite)
and of course I love a broad range of classical music-if I start listing composers I'll never stop. I will say I could listen to baroque music all day and never get bored. Very Happy

The only genre I have a real aversion to is rap. Not a huge fan of most mainstream pop, either.

I forgot...

Breaking Benjamin-by far one of my favorite bands.

And I didn't mention them but I like them for their music alone:
Yellowcard and Coldplay

I'm surprised, isn't everyone from Canada supposed to list Rush as one of their favorites?

They're one of mine, anyone else?

Yes but they incorporate traditional string and other elements of orchestra into their music, which is why I like them. I don't like ALL of their music, just the ones that do what I mentioned already.
