Dragula is one of the songs our team uses, but other than that, I don't listen to any of those bands.

are you implying no one has heard of Janes Addiction or The Doors or Rob/White Zombie? i even have met Wild T and the Spirit. And Powerman isn't as major as those others are/were (maybe not T) but they're still pretty well known.

and as for the first 3 RHCP albums - are you talking Uplift Mofo Party Plan, Mothers Milk, Freaky Styley era? Magic Johnson = awesomeness. (the song and the player)

umm kinda. anthony kiedis(singer),Michael balzary more comonly known as just flea(bass), hillel slovak(guitar) and jack irons(drums) was the original line up and they went to school together. hillel, flea and jack were also in a band called what is this.after a year and a half together hillel and jack left to join what is this full time. so jack sherman(guitar) and cliff martinez(drums) joined and realesed there first album "Red Hot Chili Peppers" in 1984. they stayed like that for a year more, untill jack was kicked out and hillel rejoind. with this lineup they realesed "Freaky Styley" in 1985 and the great george clinton from funkadelic prodced the album at his house. that lineup only stayed together for a few more months. they kicked out cliff and chuck biscuits joined as drummer. after a few weeks he was kicked out and jack irons returned to drums. in 1987 they relesed there third one "The Uplift Mofo Party Plan". sadly in 1988 hillel died and jack irons loss intrest in music and quit. the same year DeWayne "Blackbyrd" McKnight(guitar) who was part of funkadelic and D.H. Peligro(drums) who was part of the broke up, hard-core punk band the dead kenadys this line up only stayed together shortly and dewayne was kicked out and 18 year old kid john frusciante(guitar) joined this line changed fast and d.h. got kicked out and chad smth(drums) joined in 1988. this is the line up of today and in 1989 they relesed there first major album "mothers milk" the album went gold (5oo thousand alnums sold) in 1991 they relesed the album "blood sugar sex magic" and the album sold 2x platnum (to million) and world wide it sold 13 million but in 1993 john quit because he did not like all the attention from the media and 3 other guitarist joined and got fired in 1993 but late that year dave navaro(guitar) joined, hes was in the then split up janes addiction. also around this time 1995 jack irons joined pearl jam but quit for medical resons in 1998. also in 95 the 'chili peppers relesed the album "one hot minute" it sold 2x platnium in the us and 5 million world wide. unhappy with his styley of music he was kicked out in 1998 and john rejoined and in 1999 they relesed the album "californication" wich went 5x platnium in the us and sol 15 million in the us. in 02 they relesed the album "by the way" wich sold 2x platnium in the us and 9.5 million in the us and in 06 they relesed "stadium arcadium" wich went 2x platnium in the us and sold 7 million world wide.
that is rhcp history for shits and giggles

if you want info on any of the other bands just tell me

Rap rules. Well, certain kinds. I'm really picky when it comes to rap. I'm definitely an Eminem fan.

YAY Very Happy Laughing

Maybe it was because I grew up in Eminem's time? I hate a lot of the new rappers, they don't have any concept of how to throw together decent lyrics with a good beat. Either their beat is really lame and nobody wants to listen to it, or you get a great beat with craptacular lyrics... typically about h*e's and b*tches. Eminem had the balance. He was pretty much the God of rap. Very Happy
