I believe the Brodeur stick has come and gone....

unless you can get to one by midnight... (or closing time - or find a mcd's that has one left over.)

i'll be getting my next 2 on Wednesday.

For those that have seen this commercial... I'll have you know it has presented us all with a new tool to use to our advantage on the ice.

Last weekend during a friendly (but competitive) pickup hockey game, my friends and I were all joking about this Mini-goalie with a french accent commercial before the game. Some were telling me, " you should imitate him on the ice, that'd be hilarious." Well whenever I had the chance I always forgot to do it.

Until near the end of the game, a good buddy of mine came down the LW took a wrister high short side on me, as I made the save I yelled, "Blocker SAVE!"..... The guy just lost it... burst into laughter uncontrollably and couldn't even go after the rebound in the corner. I was gonna finish it off and call him "no-goalov"... but his initial reaction had me laughing my a$$ off in the crease Laughing

Moral of the story... If you know of any funny distracting antics you could do or say in the crease to throw off the opposition then do it... Whatever it takes... trash talk between plays can be effective but in game commentary like that will play games with guys' minds... or if they've seen this commercial, have them laughing so hard they'll give up on the play. Wink

Best McD's commercial ever... almost makes me wanna go eat their food
