| I joined the forum about 2 weeks or so ago. I'm from Maine and I'm going into high school so I'm 14. And in 7 games played in Class A summer high school hockey I had 3 shutouts and a 1.11 GAA with around a 94 give or take one or so. I play butterfly style, I rarely make saves standing up. Hockey is by far my favorite sport. |

Yo, Im Frederik from Mexico so we dont really get to play a lot of games. Ive played defenceman for 3 years and just started trying out for goalie. I really liked it so I just bout the whole equipment for 140 dollars  Viva Mexico! Thanks for the cheap prices Just started out gonna try out new equipment went I get back from vacation and I cant wait.
Quick question for you guys: I keep seeing things about people playing half butterfly and full agressive butterfly and hybrid and some other bizzare words. Anybody mind explaining? |

I am new here, just registered today. My name is Lee btw, live in Ontario Canada. Anyway, used to play goal a while back and got out of it after a knee injury playing football of all things, but now I am gonna give it a go again. Found this forum and thought I would see what its like.
I also have to say I have been out looking at gear and has it ever changed since I last played! Definately looking forward to getting on the ice again. |

| hi, i'm david. i'm 27 and trying to play ice hockey for the first time. i played street over the summer and acquired all the equipment (all ice), slowly. i just got goalie skates and went skating for maybe the 4th time in my life yesterday and first time in 15 years. i'm trying to convince local pickup games to let me in on an emergency basis and hopefully play in a league soon. i have A LOT to learn. |

Just found this site about a week ago so I may as well chime in eh?
I'm Paul, I've been playing hockey for about 5 years, full goalie for about 4, and just switched to ice last year. I turn 16 in July and I play high school hockey and AA travel in Texas.

| Hello everyone my name is Nick and I am from Cape May, New Jersey. I have been playing goalie for ice,roller, and street hockey since I was about 6. I am right now in the middle of talking to Mark Madden about getting in to tryout for team USA dekhockey in the 2008 World Junior Championships.So I hope I get onto the team. |
