Easier solo triple play, but rather specific.
Playing 2nd or short.... runners at first and second. Double steal on the hit and run. Batter hits line drive to you (covering the bag of course). Batters out. Step on bag, runner from 2nd is out, and by that time the runner from first is right at you. Tag him, triple play.
Also possible from 3rd, but with no outs, not a likely time for a double steal (nor really in the first example either, but hey, this is an ideal situation, so let's assume they will)
also this doesn't involve much running...

There's no stealing in girls softball... wait, let me correct that. There IS stealing, but the rule is you can't leave the bag until the pitcher releases the ball. After that, it's fair game.
