Hello everyone. Just introducing myself.
I haven't played on ice for fifteen years. I am 32 now, with a 7 year old boy that is just starting out. He is in his third year of hockey, but this will be the first year he has played goal fulltime.
I just picked up my new set of gear yesterday, and now I'm looking for a place to play. Im a little nervous though, but I'm sure I'll get through my first couple of skates just fine.
Does anyone know a few good tracking exercises? How about some conditioning tips?
Thanks everyone, I |
