What are your predictions for the second round of the playoffs?
I predict:
Avalanche over the Red Wings in 6
Dallas over San Jose in 7
Montreal over Philly in 5
Pittsburgh over the Rangers in 7

Same as FS except for the Stars and Sharks.
And I think the Penguins will win in quicker than 7 games. They should be rested and still have momentum from their last series.

It'll come down to goaltending... Theodore has finally became the goalie who first got that inflated contract... he's a UFA this summer and is playing for another contract...
Lapperriere will run Hasek (he is healthy right?)... Hasek will re-injure that groin and bob's your uncle the Avs are in the conference final...

he played pretty good in the 1 or 2 games i saw in round 1 and this season he went 5 and 3 with a .916 sp agains pittsburgh. it will at least be a pretty close series
