actually, i think it was fatigue really. dropping in to my fly in a game situation isn't really an issue. i rarely get a fiver go through. in that video i was dripping with sweat in the first minute. i was there 30 minutes before actually working on movement into fly, getting up and moving again. i really need to start running, and get to yoga.
i played tonight, won 3-2, only goals that went in were rebounds to the corners to guys with no one on them. also short handed on one. i felt great, no straight shots went in at all. felt real confident the whole game. _________________

I don´t speak any word in russian language....hey I´m German with an scottish imigration background...but if you wonder why I did not wear Miklin on the video, it´s an elder one from our Beer league...and the equipment is my lovely Hespeler Air Pro...

WOAH Your equipment is messing with my eyes! Did you custom design the colours to have one pad purple and one yellow? _________________

this is prob just me but it seems worth a shot to move your trapper slightly away from your body, u got beat on a few shots where if you had your glove elsewhere you would have had
i could be wrong
but other than that looks good
except for the pads keep f^%$ing with my eyes _________________

hey man you move great, you get beat a couple times on your glove and blocker side. but generally your movement is near perfect. maybe a depth thing more than anything. 1000 times better than me though.
keep up the good work _________________

Uhh, not perfect...He has a good idea on what to do and he does it right, but it should be faster, smoother, and just have a much more natural flow to it. This all comes with practice, it becomes so natural that you don't really have to think about it, and it looks really smooth and nice.
Other than movement, you should come out more. You're in the crease the entire time which causes you to have to make a lot more reflex stops than you should. Plus once or twice you had to put you blocker right next to your head to stop it. If you come out about 1 1/2 to 2 feet more than it will be much more likely to just hit off your body or allow your to hold it. _________________

Wow That's probably the most impressive video I've seen so far.. you look so smooth and crisp in your skating...
But like everyone said, come out and challenge a bit and you'll be able to let the puck hit your body instead of forcing yourself to react for that extra couple of inches.
