| Hey guys, just thought i'd throw it out there, when you butterfly would you rather do the butterfly block (hands at sides, elbows close to body) or the Classic Butterfly (hands up and out)? |

I don't know as if to say I prefer it, but I use blocking a hella lot more than the other one.

yea u got block Bfly only on a 1timer, when the play is close or when the shot is going under ur arm
dont think a poll question is appropriate cuz it depends on the context.
