I was born on the 29th and I was 29th on my class list for like three years in a row. ON the topic though, I just switched my number after 12 years in net. I went from 21 to 31. It took forever to figure that out because I like 35 but that's my best friend's number and seems over used. I like 33 but I didn't want people to associate it with a fanboyish love for Roy...and nobody remembers Brian Boucher for some reason. I have worn (see alumni tournament picture as sig) number 1 but it just seems like a pretentious number to me, kinda like, "Look at me! I'm #1" ya know? 21 is a forwards number and they always seem to have priority over the goalies. So I went with 31. It's not really common, but it's not truly unique...it's kinda one that just slips through the cracks and I like that.
