I'm sick, it's not the end of the world. Head cold, low energy, sore joints. But I am sure after a warm up, and maybe taking a redbull I should be decent.
Do you skip out when you're sick? |

I wouldn't touch Red Bull or similar 'energy' drinks before or during a game... although it might seem to be working right afterwards, it usually has a cutoff after which you usually feel worse. _________________ Efe

LOL, tell that to half the NHL goalies out there. Lundquivst is addicted to redbull.
I find when I take one before the game, I play much better. I don't feel the crash till way later. |

I play too hyper when I have an energy drink. I load up on water all day... and then drink gatorade about 1 hour before and during my games.
I've never skipped a game because I was sick. Funny you post this though, because I'm getting sick right now too Sore throat, runny nose, starting a cough... it sucks. |

It totally sucks.
When you're 32 years old, you're much slower, so it pays to be hyper. |

I usually just play through a cold. Unless it is unbearably painful. I just get a lot of rest, take an advil and a cold FX, drink a Gatorade, and go. _________________

The only time I havent played thru being sick was when I had a 104 degree Fahrenheit temperature all week.
so, personally I would play with it unless its really bad. |
