a 5-4 victory i thought i did really well, however i was dead tired in the 3rd period where i let in 3 of the 4 goals since i couldnt catch my breathe and was so tired. i made about 30 stops overall but ive never felt so tired in my life at the end of the game luckily it resulted in a win! _________________

good to hear!
If you plan on playing again, you'd better work on that conditioning so that you still have lots of energy by the 3rd! |

| Concentrate on energy building exercises. Jogging, biking...that sort of thing. It's good because it's off-ice so you can do it anywhere, and you build up your legs a bit too. |
