its in 5 days. the groin strain on my left side has been bugging me for a while especially on the ice it's fine off ice but butterfly makes it worse should i play through it? or will it make the strain worse, i've had this for about a week now played through it _________________

Stay off the ice, please. I had a buddy last year that had a bad groin pull that he tried to play through. He ended up injuring it worse and missed half the season instead of just a couple weeks. _________________

I agree. DO NOT PLAY!!!!!!!!!!
Honestly, I would seriously consider taking a good 3-4 weeks off. This is coming from experience. It will ONLY get worse if you continue. It WILL come back if you do not give it enough time to heal completely. |
