hey guys im wondering what i can do to improve my hand quickness when going up on the glove side even a little improvment would do wonders because i catch with my left hand but i should actually be catching with my right but since im not i need some help

| Better yet, stand about 3-5 feet from a wall facing it, have a buddy stand behind you and throw tennis balls off the wall and you have to react quicker. |

theres also now obscured shaped 'balls' that don't bounce straight off a wall, so you can throw it yourself, and you react to where it actually goes... (in case they haven't installed buddies in your town yet either)

Another option besides a tennis ball would be a lacrosse ball. It's much heavier and bounces much faster. Any large brick wall works, a concrete tennis wall is even better.

if you use a lacrosse ball, dont miss it if its coming at your face. it hurts. trust me i am speaking from experience. |
